The hotel offers superb rooms that are modern, clean, and equipped with good quality amenities. The service is friendly and helpful, although not up to 5-star standards. The location is great for a relaxing holiday, surrounded by a golf course, but it's a distance from the sea. The dining experience is grand, with excellent food options and terrific service. Overall, a lovely stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were a dream with all the Elemis amenities in the bathroom, fresh water and Illy coffee daily, and even sweet treats and slippers at turndown. The bed linens were incredibly soft and the space was well-designed and spotlessly clean. A true sanctuary. The service was impeccable overall, although not quite at the peak of a 5-star experience. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway with lovely views of the golf course, providing a sense of serenity and security. The dining experience was out of this world with a friendly staff and an abundance of choices. Truly delightful. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything one could need for a luxurious stay.
The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms were ready promptly at 3:00 PM, but the balcony was dirty with bird excrements. On the bright side, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The service had its flaws, especially regarding special occasions like our wedding anniversary, where no discounts were offered. The location, although close to Girona, suffered from noise issues in the evenings due to its setup. The dining experience was exceptional with various thoughtful details. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
